There are two airlines that fly into Molokai.  Modulele is a small inter island airline and the other is Ohana which is operated by Hawaiian airlines.  Your destination airport is Hoolehua (MKK)  There are no direct flights to our tiny island so you will either fly into Honolulu or Maui then transfer.  If you book through Hawaiian they will transfer your luggage.  If you book your flight to our island through Mokulele you will need to pick up your luggage upon your arrival to either Honolulu or Maui then check it in again with Mokulele.
